Payment Options That Support Your Health Journey

Compassionate support. Flexible solutions. Thoughtful care.

At Beacon Cove Dental, we believe that everyone deserves access to dental care that supports their health, wellbeing, and confidence—without unnecessary stress or financial pressure.

That’s why we offer a range of flexible payment options and supportive pathways to help you receive the care you need, when you need it.

We’re Here to Help You Plan Ahead

Every smile is different—and so is every financial situation. Whether you’re planning a routine cleanup, a more complex procedure, or navigating an unexpected dental emergency, we’ll walk you through your options with transparency, compassion, and zero judgement.

Fast, On-the-Spot Health Fund Claims

If you have private health insurance, we make it easy. With HICAPS facilities onsite, you can swipe your health fund card and claim instantly—no waiting, no paperwork, no fuss.

We’ll process everything for you at the time of your visit, so you can focus on your health (not your forms).

Interest-Free Payment Plans

Want to spread out the cost of your treatment into bite-sized payments?

Humm allows you to pay for your dental treatment in smaller, interest-free instalments—weekly or fortnightly—so you can receive care now and pay later, at your own pace.

It’s a smart, manageable way to prioritise your smile without the stress.

Compassionate Release of Super

For more complex or medically necessary dental treatments, you may be eligible to access your superannuation through the Compassionate Release of Superannuation program.

We work closely with our partners at SuperCare to support you through the process. A dedicated agent will guide your application, removing the paperwork and uncertainty so you can focus on your health.

Important: While we can help coordinate your application, we do not provide financial advice. Please consult with a licensed financial advisor or the ATO before proceeding.

Can I Apply for Early Access to Super for Dental Treatment?

Yes—in some circumstances, you may be eligible. The ATO may allow early access to super if:

  • You or your dependant require dental treatment to treat a life-threatening illness, chronic or acute pain, or mental illness

  • The treatment is not available through the public system

  • You haven’t yet paid for the treatment (it must be an unpaid expense)

  • You can’t afford to pay using savings, loans, or other assets

  • You are an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident

  • You provide supporting clinical and financial evidence, including:

    • A detailed treatment plan

    • Two medical reports: one from a medical or dental specialist, and one from a GP or dentist

    • A formal, itemised quote or invoice from us

Trying to access your super early without proper grounds may result in penalties, tax liabilities, and legal consequences.
